A Health Coach is trained to help someone identify health goals and become a proactive participant in their own self-health management. As a motivator and supportive mentor, a Health Coach considers all areas of a person’s life including lifestyle and behavior, in addition to nutritional choices. Many times, Health Coaches work alongside medical professionals to give someone a comprehensive support system in their journey to health. - Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
I work with individuals to empower them in the areas of Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition to improve their health by making positive changes in these areas.

I received my Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possesses the knowledge, tools and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
Health Coaches do not treat, diagnose, or mitigate symptoms but fill an important gap to educate, empower, and motive.
I am also an Independent Shaklee Distributor and find that my background as a Master Certified Health Coach is a great asset for my customers. I invite you to check out Shaklee and our rich heritage!
