Week of March 13th, Meal Ideas
On the menu this week is
Don't worry about it if things don't work perfectly! This week I was going to make the Pear and arugula grilled cheese sandwiches. I pulled everything out and realized I didn't have bread. Which complicates the whole sandwich thing! I remembered I have rolls in the freezer and pulled a few out. I grilled the pear with some shallots, the arugula and balsamic vinegar, then topped with cheese. Once the cheese melted I slid it into the rolls and it was great! If you forget an ingredient try improvising with the ingredients you do have and I'm sure you'll end up with a great meal!
