1 ciabatta loaf, sliced in half
4 oz smoked salmon (to omit, add sliced cucumbers)
4 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp capers, drained
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder

Spread a generous layer of the dill cream cheese on both halves of the ciabatta.
Layer the smoked salmon evenly over the bottom half.
Sprinkle capers and arrange the red onion slices on top.
Add tomato slices for freshness.
If using Swiss cheese, place a slice over the salmon.
Finish and serve:
Top with the other half of the ciabatta. Slice in half and serve immediately.
