The recipe calls for crispy rice cereal, bread crumbs will work as well.
Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Tilapia - Damn Delicious

If your Tilapia filets are very thin add them to the sheet pan for the last 10 minutes.
Black Bean Nachos- Bon Appétit
Serves: 4-6

Tips:
This recipe uses canned black beans, but I love to use my pressure cooker instead. Set it for 26 minutes at high heat. 1 cup of beans to 6 cups of water.
BBQ Tofu Wraps - Purple Carrot
Vegan

Tip: While this dish calls for Tofu you may easily substitue chicken.

Every So often I like to shop from my pantry and freezer. This helps save money and reduce waste. This week I have a lot of leftover vegetables so stir fry is an easy choice.
Tips:
The recipe calls for Oyster Sauce, you may use Hoisin sauce or a few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
This is a good base recipe and can be used with no meat or your protein of choice.
